Do not run after a bandit who has lost everything. Do not argue with a person who quibbles.

Generally speaking, when you advise someone you should not point out his/her fault directly;
you should start with appraising what he/she is good at.
For once people are cheered up, it is easier for them to accept advices.
When people are resented, it is difficult for them to accept advices.
For those who are good at convincing, sincere in mind, mild in disposition, and gentle in speech;
tolerate what other can’t; forgive what others incapable of doing.
Understand what others don’t know about; realize what others reluctant;
talk as subject brought, and induce as occasion allowed.

An unparalleled meritorious contribution cannot even stand on the word of conceit.
A grave crime can be forgiven with the word of repentance in the heart of whom committed it.

When one does things and feels in extreme joy then is the time to change directions; when one speaks in extreme excitement it is the time to stop.
All faults and disasters begin at when one is extremely thrilled.
